Pricing
Our pricing varies depending on the job that needs done. We have a set hourly rate for general cleaning (regular service). All other services are priced based on the time and products/equipment needed.
We also offer NHS, student and over 65s discount, just ask!
General and deep cleans
General cleans are the best way to keep on top of cleaning in your home. We recommend that general cleaning is done weekly/ fortnightly. Deep cleans are great for setting a starting point before general cleaning routines take place, or just a one off blast. Deep cleans are more product heavy and generally take much more time.

Our rate for general cleaning is £20 per staff member, per hour. Deep cleaning is on an individually priced basis, starting at £100.​

General vs Deep clean
If you're sat thinking... What's the difference?
Let us break it down for you:

General cleans are good for maintaining a clean home, they include a full wipe down and disinfect of all surfaces, mirrors polished, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, hoover/mop the floors, dusting and general freshen up. These cleans are great for maintenance and can be booked weekly or fortnightly.

Deep cleans include all of the above, with the addition of skirting boards, fully deliming all faucets, interior windows, exteriors of white goods, dusting blinds, hoovering stairs, polishing all chrome and grout cleaning if needs be. We aim to move all light furniture to get right into all nooks and crannies however, larger pieces may need 2 staff or to be on wheels to move. These cleans are priced on an individual basis and can be booked monthly or as a one-off.
Priced work
Our other services are all priced based on the work needed. For example a single oven clean starts at £50, but if you have a range and only want one oven cleaning, this price stays. We wont charge you over the odds for work if it isn't needed!

Our carpet washing is priced based on the area needing cleaned, this service starts at £30 for setup in one room and £20 per room after that.

Upholstery cleaning is priced based on the size and complexity of the item being cleaned. This service starts from £15.
​
End of tenancy cleans are priced based on our time and products needed. Larger spaces may not necessarily cost more to clean, this depends on the intensity of cleaning needed to get it back to the show-home standard we aim for.
